Cycle Critque (Been awhile)

So its been about 3 years since the last cycle, a mdrol/epi cycle. I was recently looking into running a mild epi/andro rx cycle and figured why not use some of a bottle of mdrol I have around. Looking for a cycle critique, will be running in about a month. Looking for lean gains, not the typical mdrol blow up bloat, not interested in running 20mg.

Pre Cycle
- Cycle Assist
- Liv52
- Fish Oil
- Multi
-Cissus

On Cycle
- Mdrol 10/10/10/10
- Epi Andro 6caps/6caps/6caps/6caps
- Cycle assist/Liv52/fish oil/multi/cissus

PCT
- Nolva x/x/x/x/40/30/20/10
- Post Cycle 3X (doses starting after last ph dose)
- Erase Pro (start second week of PCT)
- DAA
- Cycle assist/Liv52/fish oil/multi/cissus

Please be critical, I'm sure I have forgot something.
 
Looks solid to me
I'd personally run nolva at 20/20/10/10 rather than going up to 40.
Have good AI on hand just in case like aromasin or RC grade exemistane

Doesn't erase pro act as an ai? I will definitely have a rc ai on hand as well but didn't plan on taking it unless I experience rebound.
 
Better to have it sitting in the closet then potentially in the mail. I always just keep it around and use as needed.
Estrogen control is not an AI

In addition to all of it or in place of some of it. Like I said there are so many new products since the last time I ran ph's.
 
In addition to brother. You have the basics lined up. A couple add-ons will help solidify strength and muscle gains.

Last question, I've never run sdrol for less than 20mg, as far as dosing 10, do people slit the cap or just dose 10 in a decent range from your workout?
I know the half life is not all that long, would splitting the cap make a larger anabolic window for your body?
 
Think that's just 1 cap a day (around PWO). But I would only do that for 3-4 days, not waste a whole week.
 
Is it necessary - or a generally recommended good idea - to run a "pre-cycle" - as opposed to concurrent support + pct ??
