Hey guys I would like some opinions to help me plan my next cycle. My primary goal during the cycle will be adding as much lean mass as possible with an extra focus on deltoid development. I am considering following The Growth Factor Shoulder Training program. Strength is not a driving factor. Just adding overall lean mass, especially to the delts and traps. Please suggest any shoulder specific programs or tips that have worked for you and also suggest which combo of the following ph/ds would best suit this goal. I am looking at a 6 week cycle possibly 8 if mild. I have decades of training and diet knowledge and several novice cycles under my belt. Nothing crazy stack wise, please. Thanks bros.
