Cycle Assist and Metamucil

Just curious I take my Cycle Assist with my last meal which also contains metamucil(Psyllium Husk). Ive noticed this combination makes my stool have a very distinct smell and also acts as a stool softener. So my question is will the use of Metamucil in conjunction with Cycle Assist effect the absorption of Cycle Assist? My stool almost looks like Im taking some sort of a cleanse and its definetly not normal morning poopy

Metamucil is a high soluble fiber product. Soluble fiber by nature binds and excretes excessive components in the gi tract(it's the nature of osmolality and expansion). Your best bet is to take the CA before your last meal preferably 30min - 1hr to avoid absorption problems.
