So I'm about to run M-sten, and I had a few questions. So I have ran other previous cycles and have minor gyno. I know M-sten does not aromatize, but I got some arimidex just in case. I was wondering if I should take it on cycle or with my pct?

Not on cycle.
Look up proper PCT.
AI's always used in 3rd week of PCT.
Depending on AI of choice, it should be tapered down.
