Cycle advice, Test, Tren, mast?

Thanks for all the help I’ve gotten on here, I know I’ve only posted once but I’ve gotten great advice from you guys. I’m 40, 198, about 23% bf. I ran test, tren, arimidex, clenbuteral, t3 last time and tolerated it well. 3 months post my blood work looked good everything within range, liver enzymes slightly elevated and test on the low side of normal. Which was not surprising. It’s been about 8 months and I’m ready to go again. Here is what I’m thinking.


-Test E 1ml every 4 days, for 12 weeks
-tren 1ml per week
-arimidex 1mg e3d. Or 0,5mg eod.
-Cialis 1ml eod
- Clenbuteral/T3 2 days on/ 1 day off
-masteron ?

im not sure exactly how to dose the masteron, I need suggestions. Again thanks for the help.

Calipers say about 28, I’ve been out of the gym recently and haven’t adjusted my diet. I’m ready to get back at it.

How many mg/ml for the injectables? Would definitely be good to have a mg number because it could be test 100 or test 500 and we wouldn't know

If you want my opinion I don’t think running gear at a body fat that’s concidered obese is a smart idea. Sorry to say it like that... I’d spend a few months cutting and get my BF at the very least 14-15% and then I’d hop on some gear. Your cycle would be MUCH more effective and much safer with a lower body fat!

I second what Mathb33 is saying. I know it's probably not what you want to hear. I think you should spend the time and effort optimizing your diet and training.

Feel free to run a replacement dose of test or maybe a little more (w/AI if nessessary). You can add a fat burner if you'd like. That other stuff is a waste of money and health at this stage imo...save it until you get under 15%.

With muscle memory you will get back to where you were quickly. Just my 2 cents.

I agree 200-250mg of test is quite ideal during a cut but any other than that I don’t see the point!

Yeah, I mean that’s not what I wanted to hear, but I’m sure you guys are right. I have enough Test for a 10 week run. I’ll do that and lean out. How long should I wait to go on a serious cycle after that?

Typically the answer is around 15 percent like @dezzy84 said. I missed the body fat numbers the first time reading before responding but they make a fair point. If you mean time for hormones to normalize before cycling again I was always told a minimum of twice the length of cycle and PCT. You could possibly run an ECA stack or add some yohimbine instead of running test if you wanna save the test for when you're ready to cycle. Then as soon as you hit 15 percent you can start and not worry about waiting after pct. Just my .02 cents

Yeah I agree with @New guy on this. At 28% I just don’t think you need test to get decent body comp improvements.

your low side of normal so whilst not ideal it’s not disastrous and you were only 3 months post pct so it probably went up from there.

id cut without it, maybe using clen or an ECA stack after a couple of months to get that BF down and then cycle. I personally wouldn’t want to cut on test and then have to wait before cycling again. Cutting 15% to 8% totally different story. Would only do that on gear but you won’t get much issue with metabolic adaptation going from 20+ to 15 (there’s an excellent recent post in the weight loss forum on this)

inst that bodyfat a bit high for the gear? Just wondering as i am learning myself
