Cycle Advice, Input Welcome

Alright dudes,

It has been 2 years since I have done a cycle and a lot has changed,. back in '09 I ran IBE epistane, the original reversitol, live 52 liver care, animal pak, milk thistle and some joint supps.

I have been looking a around and a ton of stuff has changed. I need to know what the proper PCT would be for a epistane 20/30/40/40 cycle now-a-days now that the original reversitol is gone. From what I hear the V2 is a turd so I will stay away from that...

I am a n00b here but am genuinely interested in getting this back together.

Please let me know your thoughts on PCT and any other supps that I should take also. like I said, A lot has changed in the last 2 years so I am an open book.

Will just a SERM suffice or do i need all this "cycle assist, daa and nolva, AI." (whatever that is) I know it will be easy to troll me, I know it will be easy to troll me, I am just looking for a helping hand.

Tbh many use a SERM plus DAA for pct. A short 4 weaker like that you should be able to get away with that pct as far as hormones. Liver and cholesterol though you might want to pick up a few things.

Thanks brother!

In the future I will prolly pull a 30,40,50,50. no longer than 1 month. I wouldn't imagine the same would suffice. Any advice?

(sorry to burden u with the questions.)

basically liver stuff. You probably would want to preload Milk thistle and NAC. Run TUDCA on cycle. Have hawthorn berry and Grape Seed extract for Blood pressure. Sides will be kinda irritating so will power will be needed.

But as far as coming off cycle as long as you "Recover" sometimes more is not better.

DAA for 8 weeks (some say start the last week of your cycle)
SERM for 4 weeks tapering down
On the 3rd week/last week of the serm add in an AI (Formastane, Erase, etc), then taper that down for a full bottle for around 5 weeks.

Keep healthy, eat the least amount of sugars/processed stuff to optimize overall health and having your liver work anymore than it already has to.
