Cutting

Quick question,

i'm going high protein and moderate to high fat with low carbs for my cut. But, i was told that when eating meals that fiber should be subtracted from your total grams of carbs. Is this true? I believe atkins does something like that, calling it "net carbs." What do BBers do?

Fibre doesnt get abosorbed bythe body, and neither do the calories in it. so yes, if following a reduced carb diet, you shouldnt count the calorise coming from fibre.

although i slightly recall reading something about the differences between soluble and non-soluble fibre and low-carb diets...
