OP, what's your stats so far with this log?
Weight is staying right at 170 but im getting leaner it seems daily. Lifts are going up slightly nothing rediculous but im only taking in 2500 cals so nothing huge expected
so glad to hear you say this man. I was getting worried the epi wasn't working because I have not had weight gain but I'm on a low cal/carb diet.

ya I'm having little to no sides at 40 and i was paranoid it wasnt working.lol. Just read all these sides about it when i was doing my research 2 months ago and was thinking it is going to hurt the whole time. I'm going to 50 as well the last 2 weeks of my epi and once i discontinue the havoc I'm going to 2ml trenazone.
Good stuff man, What's your pct gonna look like? From my research i found that clomid actually seems to have a worse rebound than nolva which is why i chose nolva. The downside of course is the supposed extra hepatoxicity of nolva but i've also read some things that seem to say clomid is just as toxic.
Sleep was **** last night, managed to lay in bed for probably 5 hours and sleep for an actual 2-3. Yet somehow i feel completely rested? Mind is full of eff.
when do you dose your epi?
11am, 3:30-4pm, 9pm, 1:30 am
I work 3pm-11pm and my workout is from 11:15 - 12:30 usually. Depending on if it's a powerday or hypertrophy day and how many people are in the gym i can sometimes finish in 45 minutes.
my dosing was like identical to yours but i switched it to 9am 3pm 9pm 3am because i read epi has a 5-6 hour half life and haveing a 7+ hour gap isnt really bad but you're not getting the most of it. i think i just got use to the epi but ever since i did this i've been sleeping easier. because i'm not getting "too much" within a time frame.
A lot of the forums I read are saying that chlomid and nolva are the serms of yesterday ... I apologize for coming across as an ass ... What u think of hcgen or bridge ? Or activate ? I'm only 5 days in I've decided to do 30/40/40/40/50 so I got time .. Thanks

Oh ok .. Well thanks for the input . I can't get my hands on chlomid or nolv witihout a prescription so I'm gonna run activate and I'll let you know how it goes . A lot of guys on elite fitness swear by it and they are even cycling halo and diesel so it sounds legit . Thanks for you imput

What's the recommended dosage for the tomax?
Nice I'm on epi day 19 now. Haven't noticed much besides strength gains, how are u leaning out so far?
