cutting with anavar

I'm want to do a cutting cycle with anavar . The important thing here is loosing fat , not gaining muscle (although muscle gain is welcomed) . My question is , what should my diet look like and what kind of workouts should I be doing . Should I do only cardio or stay with the same high weight low rep workouts ? What burns the most fat ? I'm 220 lbs and about 17% bf and want to cut to about 10% bf .

How many cals ed ?
How much protien/carbs/fat?
How much cardio?
How much weight training?

Please help me out here . I have some knowledge of anavar , but I insist that you treat me as a newbie . thanks

No offense dude, but you should probably have all that figured out before you start taking steriods. Get to know your body and what works for it. Imho, this is the best way to use and reap the full benefits of the gear you're taking.

I havn't started the var yet . I'm trying to get other like minded peoples input in combination with personal experience to get the results I'm looking for . I wan't to know what has worked the best for others who were working for the same goal.

The reason no one is responding is these guys are put off by someone wanting to do a steroid but can't figure out a diet plan and workout routine to lose weight. Just stick to the basics. Expend more calolories a day then what you take in. Keep your protien very high and carbs low. You can circuit train with the weights or like you said high weight low rep. I like that the best even dieting. If possible do cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. Keep your heart rate up to about 150 to 180 beats a minute for 30 minutes. At least try to work up to that. Not sure if the beats per minute are right. Just stick to the basics and do a "SEARCH". That search button above is great.

I know this is my first post but come on, I see this so much on so many boards , people offering criticism but no help or direction, okay high weight low reps is a good first start, second I say 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight to start because not everyones kidneys can deal with 1.5 g ? pound while on orals , third ( and yes people I know this is one hell of a run on sentence ) cardio is NOT that effective for fat loss, it is very important in my opinion for over all health and has other benefits, but fat loss is mainly what you , stay with lower GI foods and as the above post mentioned expend more calories than consumed, measure your food and keep track of haw many cals you burn, you can be a little more defeceint while on var as it will protect the muscles some , but that will take more planning to prevent rebound , pm me if you want to talk about any of this in detail

dood they are not criticizing anything. They are being honest and saying this in the content of the persons well being.

Seriously you shouldnt be condoning it. He has posted what calories he should be eating etc etc in a steroid sub forum. That just means whatever info we give him, he would probably continue the use of roids. That is why people arent bothered to reply.

The only direction for this guy is to search the DIET/NUTRITION forum, and to not think about roids.

So many people want to lose fat and sacrifice their health. Whereas they should be losing fat to become healthy.
 
Keep in mind people that there will be many others read this thread . Just because I ask a question doesn't mean that I'm totally oblivious to the answer . The common goal here is to learn and to help others learn .... right?

I just wanted to hear other ideas.
 
Just step back and look at your questions.. then look at which sub forum your in.

Diet/nutrition forum dood!! you need to go there for the best answers for those questions. Just trying to help
 
wheres the test? test is the base of all AAS cycles.. var only is going to shut you down.. is there a reason for no test?
 
I'd run a low dose of sust along with var. You need to figure out your diet and training for yourself, way before you touch juice, however. If you don't have that in order, the juice won't do anything anyways. If your cutting, you need to figure out how many maintenence cals you need, and go belowthat. Just google it and you can get a rough calculation. Second, at least 1.5 of protein/lb BW is needed. That other guy gave you some pretty sh!tty advise. Third cardio is paramount for cutting. High rep sets and cardio is what your program should consist of if you want to lean out. I think you need to work on the basics before you start a cycle. BTW, var will not shut you down that hard as a standalone. Damn there was a lot of misinformation in this thread.

for a var cycle i would just use hcg twice a week at the end of the week at 500 IU per day , and personally i wouldnt bother pct unless the var went over 3 months, but its just my opinion

i understand your point , but in my opinion if someone is hell bent on using they need to at least know how to do it, not giving information on what you need to do will not stop someone from doing something they have already decided to do ... on a side note i am starting to really like this board there are some smart people here

He can use the "search" feature above and find out how to do it if he's hell bent on doing it. Nobody wants to help him possible hurt him self.
On a side note too, I agree there are alot of very smart people on this board.
