Hey guys not sure if u was supposed to post this here or in the nutrition section but because they said don't talk about supplements in nutrition in gunna post it here.
So I'm going to be doing a cycle around January and I'm looking to go from around 13%bf to around 8%. Weight is currently around 189. Hopefully I can get to around 175 shredded.
Cycle is looking like
Week 1-7 1 andro 440mg
Week 1-7 epiandro 300mg
Week 1-7 ostarine 20mg ramping to 30mg
Week 1-7 cardarine 14mg ramping to 21mg
Week 1-4 yohimbine (mild dosage)
I've cut weight before but I've never done it while on cycle so I'm just looking for some nutrition advice. I'm going to start at maintenance and every week drop 50g of carbs.
Week 1 - 220P/300C/80F
Week 2 - 220P/250C/80F
Etc...
At the beginning of week 5 I'm going to cut carbs all together and try keto. I have done keto before for 2 weeks and I lost bf rapidly but I also lost a lot of muscle. I'm hoping bc I'm on anabolics I will be able to keep a lot more muscle.
My goals is to get a full six pack and to get some crazy veins.
Do you guys have any advice as far as the diet?
I will also be doing cardio 5x per week mostly consisting of sprints and some medium length endurance work.
And I will be lifting 4x per week most likely doing Jonnie Canditos powerlifting program for intermediates.
