Wake up in the morning, do a jogging for about 1-2 hours should be the best. Eat cereal or oatmeal in breakfast, and in the evening, do not eat heavy meal, instead, eat only bread, fruits or vegies. . .
 
Well, if you take in a very low amount of bread (or carbs) you can still lose weight. Where is the protein though..?
 
was kinda thinking the same thing. I mean couldnt you do the same thing with protein. like just eat preotien and keep out carbs and fats. Im new to the nutrtion thing trying to get it nailed down, and this post confused me.

Lawd, sounds like a reverse atkins diet. This was something considered good in the 80's. Before the low fat diet...
