Kayak Rows: Loving these more and more as they really fill the lats with blood. I only make that observation as my stretch marks (no snickering you skinny asses lol) turn hot pink and into red and the pump is amazing. Hands down my 3rd fav exercise straight up

Yes Breezy got me started on using them and MAN!!! I swear by them for any back day beginning or end. Love em and they give me a crazy pump everytime.My volume has gotten nutz lately but I honestly just dont get as tired especially if work goes well. Huge thanks man

Today was an awesomely smooth day. Followed similar protocol for breakfast one cap shortly after awaking with a kale, banana, strawberry/banana chobani, and some hemp seeds. Was blasted full of energy all morning long and loved it. Had my 2nd cap before 3pm to finish out the workday. No crazy jitters today just good steady energy, and the wide awake feeling was present to 3hrs as well.
 
Hit shoulder tonight in the gym and as my delts are quite massive (personal perception), I dont want to keep blasting them so hard so I used bands for the most of my workout.

That concluded a simple lift day for me. Honestly didnt break a sweat until the end. Dont want to end up overly rounded so I keep a larger focus on my rear delts. Cant wait until tomorrow for legs!!!

Definitly was fun and I have no idea where the endurance came from but as soon as I hit 225 sweat switch went off and I was pouring. Couldnt push my full lockout but 3/4 press ROM was more than enough.

Did alot of smalls all around this workout ie abs, biceps, my triceps were toasted so couldnt add insult to injury lol, but was more than an awesome workout and had a great talk with the guys after. Not perfect by any means but success is my only motivation

Popped one cap early AM around 6:30 was feeling extremely sluggish and I followed up with 1/2 chipotle burrito on my way to work. Was definitely energized and alive afterwards and the morning flew by. Took lunch at 12:30 and had a burrito bowl and LOVED it. Popped my second cap around 2pm to help finish off my workday until 6pm. Overall I finally have the thermo feeling unlocked. It was about 74*F and I was pissed as I was sweating lol. Wasn't over the top gross but knowing that I was very busy running between clients today I was shocked. At my old job it was rarely over 72 degrees and we had fans everywhere so I now know what time it is. Appetite suppression with Oxy Black has been awesome and definitely helps me curb my over snacking habit. That does it for the most part on this day workout log for my chest day will follow.

Followed up with some easy triceps afterwards and really enjoyed the session. Not alot of weight thrown around but my endurance was on point and got everything done in a little less than 90mins. Noticing my recovery window shortening a decreased joint pain in some areas but random other pains at times. Will keep an eye on things as Ive lost a decent amount of weight but my body's addition of muscle seems to be just as quick. The stretch marks on my Lats change colors like the freaking weather! Hopefully its just a stint of growth and this will only continue a little longer.

Did some light other activities but was one heck of a lift and definitely left it all on the gym floor. By the time I got to meadows I had to change shirts because my compression was just soaked and holding water. Enjoyed the pumps being a bigger guy its always refreshing to really get a good pump, something I miss out on alot in some lifts but holy crap days like this result in great growth gains. Ate really green all day and enjoyed a pound of tuna steak with lemon and onions. Cant wait to have my cheat meal again but all in due time. Took another cap at 3pm to keep the body temp up and appetite suppression in full affect. I noticed on Saturday I was exceptionally hungry after missing a serving and would have paid for it if I didnt have celery and PB on deck lol. Cant wait to hopefully see some awesome changes pretty soon.

Tuesday was a Back and Bis Day, went over very smooth and enjoyable. Popped my usually 2 caps early morn and early afternoon and hit the gym. Really nothing crazy to report with them as it was a physically exhausting day but was good on energy. No crazy thermo throughout the workout and eating was extremely clean (sadly I hate too clean days). It will all be paying off soon.
 
Wedsday got off late but needed a good gym session to finish the day off right. I took a cap early at 9pm and another at 4pm. Boss bought lunch so I had my 1st panini EVER (chicken pesto) no damn clue whats in the pesto and dont plan on googling in case it ruins my mood lol. Breakfast was 4 whites and turkey with pepper. Dinner was Pulled Chicken from Ques BBq and greens and green beans. A decent way to finish the day minus my random snacking.

Was a great workout that was back to back exercises and the competition got serious. Was a great lift and gotta give it to the old man, he gives me a run for my money ever time. He may lose on weight ,but damn he wins overall for being able to come as close as he does.
 
Coming in on my last few days running this product will be updating daily now as I keep trying different things and checking the result.

Today I had a cream cheese bagel and 3 boiled eggs omw to work. Popped my 1st cap around 8am and actually felt decent until the early afternoon. Kinda gives me a quick shout of energy that runs for the next 3-4 hrs. Had Turkey sausage and peppers for lunch with another 4 egg omelet (addicted to eggs right now no judging lol). Really enjoyed the mix and had another cap at 4pm omw to the gym.
 
Got to the gym awhile early for leg day so I wanted to hit the sauna to gauge just how "hot" I would feel with the thermo included. Sweat was rolling withing 30secs. Im SERIOUS! Was a quick response from my body that wasnt uncomfotable but the Sauna really brings the thermo to life. usually its just heat on the outer and I usually wear a sweatshirt in their anyway and stretch until the waters rolling, but no need in a cutoff and water was running off my nose. Chest felt very open and breathing was deep and clear. Really enjoyed the feeling and recommend it to anyone who is into that kind of thing.

Went upstairs and wanted to roll out my quads and hips before lifting.

I actually hit a decent nit of cardio on Sat morn

Started with a 35min elliptical ride hill session set on intensity 14. Wasnt a crazy session, no HR racing I managed to hit 168 for my high which wasn't out of the ordinary for me. Had a sweatshirt on that quickly was tossed as I felt hot rather quickly. Followed up with my Back and bi session afterwards. After my Back Session I hit the sprint bike for 20mins alternating between 10-15 for ramp cycles. This is where the sweat pours and its no secret. No HR monitor but im sure I hit over my max THR a few times, Heart wasn't pounding out of my chest, but sure it was beating harder than usual. I highly recommend this to those whose activity use different cardio modes throughout the week.

Overall I had a good run on this product. I can honestly only report one bad day in which alot of external factors were more to blame. Invalid Link Removed

Played around with our BMI and got a result of 14.6% for my BF, havent had my skinfolds done in a long time as the huge drop over the months has me thinking its wrong but i can take it for now lol. Feel leaner but the abdomin area will def be the last to tighten up. Arms, Legs, Chest and Back all have a leaner appearance. Im still hydrating alot so I dont have the dehydrated look at all but am sure its only a couple pounds there.

While using this product I utilized heavy, moderate, and light weights. A very traditional style of lifting as I dead lift, squat, press, clean, and I try to incorporate as much volume as my body will let me. I HIGHLY suggest a PWO with this product as the energy it gives is steady but by no means a real boost once tossing weights around. If your a aerobic cardio buff or are big into interval training I think you would enjoy this product. Allows you to get the sweat rolling and if you like hitting the Sauna or steam room this product gives you the open pores feeling w/o the wintergreen alcohol evap lol. (Old School).

Overall I think this product would benefit the working individual. Easy energy and if in a controlled environment temp wise it will help a bunch. Controls hunger for about 4-6 hours after taking the product which was the BEST part of this supplement. Best Appetite control of any fat loss supplement.

I get hot fast when I do cardio. Actually when i do anything. No matter the temp outside, I can't run in pants, and and long sleeves have to come off after a few minutes. No hat or gloves either. And I wear shorts just about year round, unless it i below 30 degrees.
