cutting stack question??help

Starting june 1st ill start

Erase,oep,alpha t2
I was wondering if I Should I take them on non workout days?
 
What's a non-workout day? Seriously, even if you take a day off from working out your not taking a day off from dieting so I would say take them every day, I'm starting that stack tomorrow -oep and I'll be popping 'em every day, but my day's off the gym are cardio only days.

Every day. Your body still has an increased calorie need the day after working out. Youre still cuting cals the day after working out. Off days ar still cutting days
