I’ve been piecing together a cutting and recomp stack based on forum advice and logs. My goal is to cut fat, maintain muscle, and keep performance steady throughout.
Here’s what I’ve lined up so far:

Panax Ginseng (Extended Release) – Nature’s Plus

Doctor’s Best Magnesium

Just looking to get general thoughts on the whole setup.
Would you personally add or remove anything?
Is there something you feel I’m overlooking that’s worked well for you in a similar phase?
