I was thinking of doing a mega-zol standalon cycle for a recomp but after talking to some of you on this board and reading the great results the MattHines had using the ZOL/TRN cycle I think I am going to be using this.
Currently I am at 204 LBs and I would guess somewhere between 17-20% bf. I used the digital thingamajiggy at the gym and it said 17% I know there off by a few percent so thats how I got my range.
With the stack of ZOL\TRN would you reccomend a cycle like this
Weeks 1-3 ZOL
weeks 4-5 Zol + Trn
weeks 5-8 Trn only
weeks 8-12 PCT Nolva (40,30,20,10) with other PCT supps
or just straight does bosth of them
weeks 1-8 ZOL+TRN
Weeks weeks 8-12 PCT Nolva (40,30,20,10) with other PCT supps
