Cutting isn't working

I knw it's calorie in vs calorie out but now that you dnt have eca on your side then you will have to work harder or just drop your food intake to 2k cal. For me though I have to drop that carb first. That macro split is just too carb driven.

I agree with the above. I often go as carb-less as possible for the first week or two of a cut....obviously upping fat and proteins. If I look at bread I can gain weight....:-(

Lol at dnp

First time I hear about lipomorph

Lipomorph is a novel fat browning agent by Antaeus. It works by promoting white fat browning and is non-stimulant based. I really like it, you should give it a try. You can stack it with whatever else you like.

Honestly, if you are at 180 pounds and even at 15% bodyfat, your BMR is probably around 2250 cals/day. Add in some exercise and I'd bet you are around 2400-2700 cals/day. 2400 cals seems to be your maint. intake, or close enough too it that you are losing less than 1000 calories/week.

I would cut to 2,000 calories and expect a pound of weight loss/week. Keep the protein high like you have it. Adjust carbs and fats to your energy levels.

Why not decrease calories by 250kcal/day if you've not lost 0.5kg at the end of the week?
If you're tracking your foods, double check you're tracking everything. Milk in the coffee counts too :)

and when you weigh yourself, just make it the same every time every day and average it.

You are on the right path - but cutting 250 cals/day is only 1,750 cals/week, which is 1/2 pound of fat, not 1/2 KG. If he loses 1/2 pound in this time, measurements could be an issue, as weight fluctuates. It may take a coupe weeks for him to see a trend at this rate, and the same holds true for 500 cals/day.
