Cutting diet

I'm starting a cutting phase after a long bulking phase weighing 228 about 20 percent body fat want to be around 215 this is what my daily macros look like want to do a somewhat low carb diet calories come out to 2900 500 calorie deficit foods include tilapia tuna chicken green beans corn peas lean ground turkey milk egg whites and eggs peanut butter and non fat Greek yogurt supplements include anabeta elite, erase pro, orange triad, select protein high volume and synths 6 and X factor advanced also alpha amino I train 5 days a week and do cardio on the weekends any suggestions on the diet should I change up the macros or change up some food I eat anything will help

Meal one
One gallon of water a day mixed with 2 scoops of alpha amino
3 eggs 3 egg whites 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 2 cups of milk
2 anabeta elite , 1 erase pro , high volume, orange triad, 4 caps X factor advanced

Snack after 2 hour workout
Select protein 1 scoop 2 scoops peanut butter

Meal 2
6 ounces of chicken .5 cup of greenbeans .5 cup of corn and .5 cup of peas
2 caps anabeta elite

Meal 3
4 ounces of ground turkey .5 cups of greenbeans .5 cups of corn .5 cups of peas

Meal 4
4 ounces of chicken .5 cups of greenbeans .5 cups of corn .5 cupss of peas

Meal5
Can of tuna 2 ounces of chicken

Meal 6
6 oz of tilapia 1/4 cup of peas 1/4 cup of greenbeans 1/4 cup of corn
2 caps anabeta elite

Snack 2 before bed
1 cup of non fat yogurt mixed with a scoop of syntha 6 protein


Goals
Lose as much fat as possible in 2 months while keeping muscle before bulking in November
Maintain strength
Continue to tweak diet to reach goals

I think if you stay consistent with this diet it looks pretty good to me. Idk what your workouts look like but with good workouts and this diet I think you will see some good results. Have you thought about maybe throwing in a fat burner like norcodrene or something?
 
Does the ratio of protein carbs and fat look good should I lower the carbs or fats ?

Going low fat or low carb is dependent on the person. You need to see how well your body responds to one or the other. You do not want to drop either one too low though. Overall calories is what will make you lose fat, not a low percentage from a single macronutrient. Fats are important for hormone regulation.
