How many calories are you consuming on a daily basis?
How many weeks are you cutting for?
Are you adding any cardio to your routine or any additional training?
i was at around 300 grams over the winter clean thou all low glycimic im at around 100 grams now im 225 now at 5'11 probably at like 17% i got the mass i wanted now i want to shred up so im thinkin ill lookin at commin down to 180 or 190 would be nice as for carido im doin in first thing in the morning 3 or 4 days a week basically the cut is just for summer so hopefully i could hit my goal by june or so right around beach time cardio will be picked up as i get closer just slowely getting back in it i shouldhave been doing it all winter but i slacked
