cutting cycle

It's a 9 week cycle of Clen, Winny and T3
I was told the first two weeks to take just the clen and by week 3, I should start the Winny with the clen. Week 4,5 and 6 I should be just taking Winny and T3. Week 7 should be finishing up the T3 and still on Winny and start Clen again. Week 8 just on Winny n Clen. Last week just finish with Clen. Could anybody help me out. Does that sound correct?

Sorry.... 35, diet is very good most of the time. I do Paleo diet, which I like. Training. I'm a personal trainer and also train in Crossfit. I did one other cycle but when I was 20.

Your joints are not likely to be happy cutting with winny solo doing crossfit.

Winny is very dry and very hard on joints, especially when it is run by itself as the only androgen.

Is it just me or is this pretty extreme for a second cycle? I would go with something a bit lighter.

I personally would skip the t3 at the start, but only because I don't like the idea of messing with my thyroid hormones very much.
 
Thanks for the advise. Do u recommend any supplements that I could pick up at *** that could help with this cycle?
