Ive started a 1 month cutting cycle to try and get my 12 % bf down to at least 10%... il be using , lean fx , purple wraath , green mag , powerfull and lots of green tea
heres my plan...please let me know if u guys recommend any changes or improvements
wake up - take 1 lean fx capsule with a cup of green tea and some water.30 mins medium to high intensity cardio , during the cardio il be sipping on purple wraath. After cardio il be having breakfast. il will only be doing this fasted morning cardio 3 times a week.the other 3 days of the week il be doing my good old weights....
will also be taking lean fx post workout (weights)
will be taking 2 powerfull pills befor i go to sleep everday
Green mag befor hitting the weights (3 times a week)
Diet - low carb days (below maintanence) when im not doing weights
on my weight days il be having medium carbs (slighty above maintanenece)
i know this is all very abstract but i hope u guys get the picture
plzz plzz let me know what u think especially if the way il be taking the supplements will cause any interactions...
