Cutting Cycle Advice Please

I'm planning on a cutting cycle starting on March 1. I've got a couple of questions though and hopefully you guys can help me out. This is my second AAS cycle, but I have many PH/PS cycles under my belt as well. I'm 28 years old, 5'8", 215, 15%-16% BF. My goal is to cut to 9%-10% BF while retaining as much muscle as possible (of course). Here's what I was thinking:

Weeks 1-10:

Test Prop: 100 mg EOD
Proviron: 25-50 mg ED

Weeks 1-8:

Tren Ace: 75mg EOD
B-6: 1 gm ED

Weeks 1-6:

T-3: start at 25 mcg and ramp up 25 mcg E3D until 125 mcg, then maintain 125 mcg dose for 1 weeks and ramp down over a 3 week period.

Weeks 2-5:

Clen: ramping up to 100 mcg ED
Ketotifen: 2 mg ED

Weeks 5-10:

Winnie: 50 mg ED (orally)

Weeks 6-10:

ECA stack at recommended dosage

...HCG following last injection, Nolva PCT (4weeks)

Diet:

Calories at maintenance (which I'm guessing to be about 3000 claories per day--not exactly sure). Limited carbs and fats. High protein.

Training:

Thinking about GVT. Cardio 3-4 times EW.

So, here are my questions (thanks in advance for your help):

1) Obviously on a cutting cycle I don't want water retention. This is something that I'm particularily sensitive to to begin with. My thought was to run either .5 mg of Adex EOD or 1.0 mg of Letro EOD. How do thise doses look? Is letro overkill? Should I be more concerned about my lipids and HDL when using either while on Tren?

2) I'm looking for just a bit of a boost to my sex drive and a bit of limitation in estrogen from the Proviron. That being the case, could I get away with 25 mg ED?

3) Should I run the Tren 10 weeks or am I right in cutting it after 8?

Other that that, general (or specific) suggestions/comments are appreciated as well. Thanks again fellas.

1)run ECA stack first, clen next, or else using eca after clen will kinda hamper fat loss.
2)ramp up t3 quickly, keep a reasonable dose for a few weeks and then slowly taper off as u end your cycle
3)use proviron 25 mg ed, thats nuff, no need for arimidex.
4)u can keep the tren for 10 weeks, its fine. drink plenty of water .
5)training- train whole body twice a week(upper body 1 day and lower body the next day is fine), so 4 days a week training and then comes maybe 5 cardio sessions per week, this should be ok, keep diet at maintenance level, keep carbs low.
u should be fine if u do this much.

Thanks Raybravo. How fast should I ramp up the T3 then? Should I keep the plan to ramp down over 3 weeks?
 
say ure using 125 mcg t3, just go 100 for 2 days, 75 for 2 days, 50 for a 3 days and then 25 mcg for a week. should be ok, this is just a rough way of tapering down over a 2 week period, after this is over, keep carbs slightly high post t3 cycle, maybe for 3-4 days ( around 300 gms carbs per day), use some guggul, this will take care and make sure u recover well .
