Looking to cut down over 8-12 weeks starting in April. I've run a couple andro cycles in the past with good results, however they were both during a "bulk" phase. Is it worth running if I were to eat at a 300-500 cal deficit and ran a cycle like the following:
Epi-Andro - 500/500/750/750/1000/1000/1000/1000
1-Andro - 330/330/330/330/330/330/330/330
4-Andro - 330/330/330/330/330/330/330/330
Or should I look at something else?
