cutting and cardio?

on 3rd day of epistane and stanodrol already seeing amazing results! Trying to cut...would you ad cardio or no?
 
That’s a dry ass stack. You definitely can drop water on those 2. It’s all about the long term, daily efforts to get there. If your goal is fat loss, Add cardio. I don’t touch cardio unless I’m on an anabolic and trying to cut.

I swear i woke up 5 times to pee last night and it seemed like it took me 10 min per trip lol! :-) I will ad some cardio then thanks! :-)
 
I’m on week 3 of epi and stano. Strength gains and pounds are melting. I like it a lot.

I do LISS on nonlifting days
 
Placebo is one strong drug bro (I’m not kidding), I think most people will make progress in the first weeks because ‘being on’ makes them focus more in the gym and dial in nutrition. That’s not a bad thing at all.

But cardio isnt bad on cycle imo. Unless you are just out and out bulking then Liss will help keep fat down and gives massive cardio vascular/bp benefits.....

whiskey im serious i lost 7 pounds in 3 days its not diet adjustment lol and im 51 this aint my first rodeo ive taken many many hyped up things and not felt sh#t im not placeboing anything lol! :-) Its the stanolone for sure sucking water out...
 
I’m on German pharma too. I’ll be getting more. I’d like to see it on a bulk tbh.
