Cutting after PCT

Now I know everyone has a difference of opinion on all this stuff. Either they heard from somewhere else, or they had a good/bad experience. Fair enough. I take all advice into account when making decisions.

I did a 6 week halo/epi cycle with amazing results. Gained about 7 pounds and lost a significant amount of fat, and have yet to lose a pound or any gains since ending my cycle. In fact my strength in every area has gone up throughout PCT. my PCT was nolva 20/20/10/10, daa, m-test, reduce xt, plus aminos, creatine, etc etc.

(week 1 is first day of cycle, week 7 is first day of PCT, week 11 is this week)

Bench max week 1: 275
Bench max week 7: 335
Bench max week 11: 365

Deadlift max week 1: 350
Deadlift max week 7: 410
Deadlift max week 11: 475

Squat max week 1: 345
Squat max week 7: 375
Squat max week 11: 410

My brother had the same experience on the exact same cycle, so I'm assuming it's our genetics and we weren't shut down too bad. My libido took a slight dive for maybe a week during PCT, and now PCT just ended. I can see my abs so I know my body fat is relatively low, but I'm thinking about cutting back on the calories by around 500/day and cutting the rest of that fat off.

Given that I've made solid gains for 10 straight weeks and I seem to be back to normal, would cutting some calories hurt at this point? I've read a lot of advice saying wait two months, but I'm not sure I see the point if everything has gone this well. Thoughts?

I would recomp. That's still new lean body mass.

Minor caloric cut and minor increase in energy expenditure for 6 weeks or so and see where you're at then maybe transition into a cut for another 6 weeks

I like that idea. Maybe start by throwing 2ish days of cardio into the mix and cut say 300 calories/day rather than 500? My diet has been pretty damn clean, but maybe cleaning up a little more of that Saturday dirt could help as well.

Or even keep cals the same and add fasted cardio in 7 days per week paired with some Yohimbe HCL. Pull carbs from meal 1 and re asses after a week.

I'm a big fan of more work but also more food. Being hungry friggen blows

This... If your making good progress and have been losing fat already, keep cals the same. Clean diet and recomp to mature the muscle you gained. Add extra cardio slowly ramping it up. Fasted am is a great way to burn fat
