Nice murk! You'll get used to the keto pretty quick, I usually end up right around 20-30g myself. That looks like a killer cardio/core work day. I'm going to try to bump up the intensity a bit this week since its my last week cutting.

You will get there bro. Your not far off. Right now I am about 10-11% bulking. Don't want to gain too much fat so pre comp will be easier.

Flax pancakes

3 egg whites
1 egg w/ yoke
2.5 tblsp of milled flax
1 tsp of baking powdered
1 Scp protein powder
Cinnamon or vanilla to taste.

Ate them this morning.

looking a little bit leaner and dryer. even the day after i lost my cool and ate all carbs+sweets i could find.

so far sticking with 2 Natural EFX, 2X a day. seems to be treating me right.

5% would be sick but 6-7% would be pretty ripped. only thing is i get so tiny. need to get the muscles up

Fiber still counts but you're still good around 50g no worries!
 
I learned when doing Keto to deduct fiber and not to count Cruciferous Vegetables.
 
I havent done that much keto though. So I could have been doing it wrong. But still I ve had decent results.

Well as with anything else everyone's body reacts differently, but as far as I'm concerned, a digestable carb is a digestable carb for the purposes of counting daily totals. Whether or not leafy greens and broccoli and fiber really effect ketosis negatively I really couldn't tell you for sure. If I have some time I'll look around to see if I can find some info though!

-5oz drained tuna + evoo+ spicy mustered


hmm.... must be missing a few things. ill through up the screen shot in a few. Been a little under the weather so i skipped the gym today, and might skip it tomorrow. going to get back in there sat or Monday. will be switching the routine.

leaning the fuk out! I'am about to pop another hole into my work belt my pants keep creeping down, i kind of have to rig my belt and pants in to my tool belt to keep em up. and looking a lot tighter in the mirror. but... I seem to be keeping weight at around 182lb. cutting fat and keeping more muscle then last time to all's good.

tempted to up the dose for Natural EFX, but will ride it out. Dont change whats working right!

Nah you're good on the salt. Drink water and work out hard you'll sweat it out

Very nice! Getting a nice tight waist line. Keeping more muscle, that's how it should be each year. More muscle less fat.

Harder for you to tell the differnce, bcyou see yourself so often and we (weight lifters) are our biggest critics. We judge ourself to individual parts of other people rather then the total package.

We pick parts we like and say "I wish I has his biceps, and that persons calves....."

nothing crazy just sick. hope to be back at it this saterday.

other wise i been keeping up with the Narural EFX but my diet has been on and off.

but have a lot of pills left in the bottle so will be killing it for sure in a few

i had to check my self in the mirror be for leaving. ... first my diet slowly fell apart over the past couple of weeks. went from low carb to cheese cake and coffee 2x a day. ramon noodles and pizza.. lol... bro its been bad!!!

but i kept up with my Nateral EFX 2 pills 2x aday. there were times when i dropped all 4 pills at once.


anyway..looking at the mirror. you would think i didnt skip a beat. kept the deffinition i had, actually look a little better. starting to think you dont need diet and exersice when taking Natural EFX. ...but not going to push my luck any further. going to clean up the diet. its going to be hard tonight.

Right on man, it can be hard to get back in your routine but once you get the first one or two workouts under your belt it all becomes automatic again.

If cheesecake wasn't meant to be eaten twice a day they wouldn't make it taste so damn good right??? lol I've been a dirty dog with my diet the past couple weeks.

i had seen this article about how doing a keto diet really messes up ur natural insulin. then i was thinking abot how LG is supposed to work by optumizing insulin. . now im thinking mixing the two diet forms isnt a good idea. plus i have been on keto long enuff. tonight if i get a chance im going to look over my diet and do a by the book LG.

looking tight, but having a hard time dropping that last few percent bf.

hit the gym this am on a mission . lets see if tommorow keeps the momentum

You're right, though, I love repping for Formutech because what we have to offer are honest, effective supplements backed by science, and the owners of the company are good people too.
 
Natural EFX Review

The run down:
Stopped all supps except for the usual multi, fish oil and PWO caffeine pill or mix, plus Tons of water.

Routine:
Moderate to heavy weights, low rep. Cardio on Saturdays and about 2x during the week. Usually Treadmill, about 2-3miles. Every session was fasted. I hit the gym around 6am. 2 week went great, last 2 weeks were kind of off and on.

Diet:
LeanGain /Keto , but it didn’t really work out. first 2 weeks were smooth. Then I caught the flu, so i just ate all I could. Got over it, then caught the Flu again. So about 70% of the diet was on point. The rest was shot. Also leanGains and Keto wont work , LeanGains plays on insulin levels. A low to no carb diet negates LeanGains. ...At least that what I figured.
On sick days my diet was well 200-500g carbs, I had at least 4 packs or Roman Noodles a day, love it, and it was a good excuse!

Dose:
2 AM / 2 PM ---First 2 pill as soon as i woke up. Second 2 were about 5PM. Kept up with doses entire time.

Effectiveness:

Mood (5/5) = Don’t know if its marketed for mood enhancement but I was ready to do the dirt at the gym and the j.o.b wasnt as dreadful as usual.

Appetite Control (4 /5) = As far as OTC, It did an excellent job. From about 5:30 Am until around 11AM I didn’t think about food. But once that hunger hit, it was ruff. Like I had just discovered my stomach. Made LG alot easier, only had to hold out an extra hr, 12:00 to start eating.

Fat Loss (5/5) = Great

Cons:
Non really, I felt good, but didn’t feel like I was on anything other wise....BUT...It does have a fair Diuretic effect, and if your like me and drink well over a Gal water a day, You will be making Frequent trips to the bathroom.


OVERALL: (5/5)---Note as a stand alone
Great product. I was a little Worried at first. I thought the 7-Keto was too under dosed to have any effect. I Thought about going to 6-8 pills a day ( 1 bottle would last about a week and a half at that dose) or buying another Keto product like YOUTH. I held on to my guns and kept it Natural EFX only. It did a great job, honestly, I think it might help you loss fat even with out diet or exercise.
There was a point where I thought this whole run was shot, but when I stripped and looked in the mirror, I just kept looking better. Really well put together product.
I never thought a Non-Stim fat burner would do so well. I lost a bit of fat, dried out nice and look ripped.

The price ranges from 40$ to about 25$ a bottle. At 25 $mackers I would pick up 2 bottles.

NATURAL EFX(x2) + 1 LEAN-EFX Refined would be a Killer cut!
