Cut to Bulk Cycle

Hey guys, I was wondering when's the best time to start a bulk cycle? I've been cutting for 11 weeks and the lowest my calories have been we're 1900. I was going to reverse diet till I start to get in to a calorie surplus. Should I start the cycle as soon as I get in to a calorie surplus? Or should I wait a few more weeks until I reach a higher surplus? This is my first cycle and want to fully optimize and gain as much muscle as I possibly can. Thanks

By the way I would be running Test E at 500mg a week for 12 weeks
 
I think you need to look at your training not just the diet. Are you going to be doing the exact same training as when you were cutting? Hopefully not. Which means you need some time to settle in to the routine and get the weights up to the right levels. i.e To a point where you are lifting maximal weight for your given reps. At the same time i would increase calrories until you are putting on a little weight each week.

From this point i'd start the cycle and increase cals and protein levels to cycle levels. Now you can truly see how you improve in your workout, how much more strength you gain and be sure you start with enough food and enough weight on the bar.

Test-E 500mg for 12 weeks is probably the best and most classic beginner cycle.

What do you have for PCT? You have an A.I for on cycle estro issues should they arrise?

I don't think their can ever be enough cycle logs really. It's also useful for yourself because you can get advice or ask questions as you go along. But whatever your choice, have an awesome cycle.

To be honest it usually depends on the person quite alot. You have to remember that some estrogen is a good thing so you never want to take more A.I than you need to. On cycle doses usually vary between 12.5mg a day to 6.25mg every other day.
I think the best thing to do is start somewhere in the middle, maybe 12.5mg every other day. If you start inflating like a balloon with water weight, or you start getting sensitive nipples then increase the dose. If you feel like your joints are in pain or have any other low estro issues, and no signs of having too much estrogen then you could lower the dose.
