I usually gain 10-12lbs on a 6 week cycle (100mg/ed). I'm sure I could cut while on halo but what fun is cutting?(As a powerlifter I only need to cut a handful of days per year to make weight.) I personally think its good for recomp and will lean you out a bit even while bulking.
