What do you think?
I take ZMA before bed but you think i should add a casein shake and take my zma about half an hour before the shake.. Im wanting to cut slowly im in no hurry or am i severely overweight, just trying to get that extra little pudge off my gut, after that im going to do a slow bulk and hopefully keep that pudge off.. but appreciate any advice..

oh and im running the ectomorph workout routine..

looks very good, well balanced, lots of solid food. I like the 'unsalted peanuts' when they are salted I would find myself eating a few too many.

any cardio?

yea, cardio 5 times a week, however 3 of those cardio days are just steady state for about 15-20 minutes, those are on the days following my full body workout.. the other 2 days i do abs,any muscle i feel i missed, and HIIT.

There is no reason not to add a casein shake pre-bed. It will keep your body in an anabolic state throughout the night since it digests so slowly. Your body will start breaking down muscle if you let it go catabolic overnight. Adding some cheese or yogurt in there would def help. This has been proven to help lose up to twice the amount of weight in a cut.

few questions from a supplement noob...

what is a casein shake good for, out of curiosity? What is ZMA? A stack?

as far as nutrition this eating plan seems well-balanced. Good amounts of veggie and protein, well spaced throughout the day.

Casein is a slow digesting protein that usually takes 6-8 hours for your body to digest. It keeps your body from going into its catabolic state which keeps ot from using your miuscle as a fuel source. ZMA is just a natural test booster.

Well It doesn't help burn fat if that's what you mean, it really just works as a muscle preserver overnight, that's all I have ever used it for anyway

shoot. I'm looking for a good burner other than Ephedrine (I know they're very different things) because I experienced negative side effects with E.

Diet looks pretty good. You have the calorie total and macronutrient break down? Just fine tune those numbers and you will be mathematically sure that your diet is good.

I've tried and liked beteastax from bioquest, also meltdown from vpx.

And I had the macros a while back, but ever since I've adjusted it some I haven't spent the time on getting the exact macros.
