anyone else getting long delays when trying to get info from customer service..I've submitted like 4 requests and not a single one has been answered. I never seen the online help available. Is this normal?

Can you show me the email address you were working with?

I had problems on the fourth weekend and had to get personal service and had no problems.

NP has always taken great care of me... Sam once smuggled me out of the jungles of Costa Rica on his back...
