Customer Service Needed

Could possibly be a website or browser issue

Hmm - I reset my cookies & deleted browser history etc. Result - same as before. Got me stumped.

Anyone else having this problem??
 
The new site is terrible !
Searching and presentation is the worst I've encountered.
Shopping cart is acting difficult i.e. not at all, cannot place an order
The previous owners must have gotten a good deal and disappeared cause this ain't no Nutraplant I've used in the past.
 
Yea new site is rubbish. They probably heard that a thousand times already lol

They should keep hearing it until it's no longer an issue !

What I'm hearing a 1000 times is " it's a transition time for us" and "our server was down" what no back up ? and a host of other excuses.
these are pitfalls of a new on-line business not one that's been established for years with a loyal customer base.

rant over - nothing to do now but wait for improvement
 
Ok, I think the problem is the coupon doesn't apply to "Olympus Labs" products such as EP1C Unleashed. When I put EP1C Unleashed in my cart and use the coupon it doesn't let me apply the coupon. However, when I put an 'Olympus Labs "UK"' product such as a single bottle of Legend, it applied the coupon code onto the cart. So I guess the code only applies to Olympus Labs "UK" products. Also the coupon doesn't work for 2x bottle combo Olympus Lab "UK" products... I'm only interested in EP1C Unleashed so I guess I'll be skipping this sale.

However, I have made some orders before at Nutraplanet, during the 4th of July sale and Labor Day sale. My package got processed and shipped to me with no problems. So I don't have any issues with Nutraplanet in regards to processing/shipping orders.

It's certainly wearing thin on me. CM from NP has been helpful & quick to respond, but that doesn't alter the disappointment of this new website.

I agree the site could use some work. But that couldn't be to much trouble to fix. Thanks CM79 for the fast delivery! And samples, as well as the support.
 
Sale Ended this morning OL30 is no longer valid....

Should probably remove the banner advertising the sale from the homepage then. I got paid and checked to see if the sale was still on. Got excited when I saw it on the homepage, only to be disappointed at checkout when it said the coupon is no longer valid.

i dont want to hijack this thread or start a new one but got a small dilemma

not disappointed with NP, but not exactly happy too
ordered 2 White Rapids

being international customer i got it 3-4 weeks
got 1 White Rapids and 1 White Pipes

hence why im not disappointed but not exactly happy too lol, not a big fan of non stims as i can mix my own, but i cant do that with stims unless its on a basic level

although i got a wrong item, at least it wasnt missing items like last time when i ordered from the company that bought NP, SP had missing items and horrible customer service saying they sent out another one, but never did
so im prob never gonna order from SP again and prob not order as often from NP now as its just a big hassle in general dealing with o/s companies

my question is that have NP kinda went downhill a bit now since changing ownership?

i just hope my other order from NP comes in 1 piece :D, ordered on same day but hasnt arrived yet
 
CM79 Clear your inbox pls :) Could you look into my order NP534706? I just recieved one package with Erosion, some samples and a tshirt. Could you check if the order was split up in several packages? Because this was like 1/4 of the total order. Thanks
 
Well almost 3 weeks and a half, finally got my order. Super happy :D

It's actually pretty fast since I'm in Australia.

Got heaps of samples as well! :D

Beware Oz customs if opting for economy post as it may come via DHL...and customs like to camp out in there every now & again.
I just had 3 orders from 3 different sup co's, including NP, held by customs for checks and info in the last week.

The NP package has raised suspicion due to items stated as being: "Primeforce Lean Green capsules". The rest are Primeforce yadda yadda natural stuff. I had to forward to customs (via DHL) my purchase order, ingredients lists, website (I included product links) and even photos. I explained that NP had recently moved premises, changed staff, got a new website & products, and the resultant disorganised chaos has created some order mix ups. I hope they buy it, I've had enough stuff confiscated over the years. I think 1 bottle of LGD is all they'll get me on out of 30+ items.

Please NP, if this was an attempt at being helpful then just put vitamin c for suspect items. If it wasn't intentional, then I may have a heap of products I didn't order headed my way...

Ordered on Saturday with my phone .
No issues, discount code worked, only thing that concerns me is 12$ for shipping, yet I've got no shipping confirmation as of Tuesday afternoon.
It should of been shipped Monday.
 
Nutraplanet got me all taken care of, upgraded shipping and order, an all shipped out.

I order 50+ with some vendors, no probs.
If i'm ordering 30 items from NP i'm doing so with the knowledge the items I've selected will make it through any scrutiny, with the exception of perhaps adding 1 or 2 items to test the water.
Big orders don't get checked 9/10 times, at all. Any order via DHL is open to scrutiny (here), as is any postal service order with a description customs don't like. A smaller package may simply have a greater chance of going through unnoticed. My Strong packages have never once been checked, even with 60 items onboard.

As it turns out, they didn't even bother opening the package, just forwarded it on once the info requested was received. LGD made it through, as did some naughty samples (thanks!!).

Only problem - i'm short 2 items (3 of 5 BPS Combustion received). Now there's another email I've got to send to NP.

Thanks CM, replacements for missing product arrived in near record time, with an armful of samples.
