Customer service for order?

I have emailed via the link on the site three times now in there days with no response. I would love someone to respond regarding order NP545218. It was placed on the 30th and is still showing processing. In addition I have inquired several times about splitting the order to ship the instock items now and follow with the preorder. Happy to pay the additional shipping. Its close to $300 so sure would like a response.
 
Well I hate to be "that guy" but what is going on with Nutra? I have always gotten stellar service. Haven't ordered in about a year but this is certainly not what I expected. I placed an order the 30th. I have emailed 3 times, left a voice mail and left a message on their unmanned "24/7" chat support. Order is still in processing and no one has answered any method I have tried. Payment was taken from my bank account as well $275. This is beyond an unacceptable way to do business.

Do you have a board rep?
 
Thanks Driven, I sent him a PM. He hasnt been on since the 29th though. LOL funny thing is that although noone respond to any of their customer service channels they did send me a customer satisfaction survey asking me to rate the transaction. Pretty frustrated on this.
 
Yeah as a rep for another retailer I can't really comment here, but let us know when you get in touch, hope it gets sorted out for you sir
 
This is kind of sad. A month ago they made a really big push and seemed like they were turning things around.

I got a PM today as CM said as well as an email. They apologized for the lack of communication and are expediting my order. I appreciate the response and understand from time to time sh*t happens. thanks again
