Currently on RAD-140 and looking to avoid loss in libido and other low estrogen sides. Will phytoestrogens like soy work?

Dunno about soy. Wouldn't rely on it myself. How about td dhea? Or 4-Andro? I'm guessing you don't want to pinn, so test is out of the question. Small dose D-boll would work also.

Rad protects from gyno a bit itself.

I don't know if soy would do the trick either. It's hard to find just soy with the phytoestrogens. You could look for a menopause supplement that has some phytoestrogens in it.

But, does that really boost libido?

I think he's looking to keep healthy E levels as low E can decrease libido and have other sides.

I was thinking of throwing in 4-Andro into the mix, but to complicate matters I’m trying to shrink an enlarged prostate. This may be a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation. I was thinking phytoestrogens for a low impact E boost and then Stanogen for “nookie”.

I'd recommend NOW Prostate Health. It has a ton of good ingredients for prostate health and support.

Hmm.. Ok. I don't know much about prostate health/issues. For a long time high dht has been tought to be bad for prostate and thus the Stanogen would be more detrimental than 4-Andro. But then I've seen some studies where dht and prostate enlargement could not be linked together. One dude on here said and linked some studies that high E would be worse for prostate, than high dht. So I dunno..

The product @RIPDanDuchaine linked lookes nice and curcumin is shown to be beneficial for prostate health. I think @Renew1 have said Helios which is a td curcumin product to be very good for prostate health.

There's been arguments made in the past that estrogen plays a major role in prostate cancer. Although, I did a cursory search and couldn't find anything. But, I cba to hunt it down right now.

There's some studies I'll try to link later .... but Helios (a specifc type of Curcumin TD product) by Apex-Alchemy already has a LOT of anecdotal feedback on this board. Some long-time members here have Really raved about it.

And I can tell you... In all of my life, I've Never witnessed a product of Any type that reduces Prostate swelling as much as Helios.
It is flat-out Amazing in that regard.

Cialis is supposed to be good for prostate health. I’m tempting to try Helios as @Renew1 recommends but it’s sooo annoying (to me) with TD... ;)

I personally don't find TDs annoying at all (but everyone is different).
If I apply them right after I'm completely dry from a shower (which I try to do) my skin just sucks them right up.

I would only use the Stanogen as a libido booster for time in the sack, not daily. I figure at most once per week (don’t judge, married with kids, LoL). I figure since RAD-140 has a 90-1 ratio (anabolic/androgenic) and is likely an agonist to Prostate androgen receptors that a little phytoestrogen won’t have much of an effect, but may help mitigate the sides of super low estrogen.

I would look at iron legion virtus as a way to reduce estrogen side or maybe a TD like dermacrine. Both should aid you in off setting some of the sides you mentioned.

Both sites use code chef for 20% off

Yeah like I said I don't have much knowledge on the prostate issue, so can't really advise what is safe and what is not. But we obviously have T, dht and E in our system all the time normally, so I'd say having them at reasonable levels in your system is way better overall than not having them.

Oh yeah I forgot the prostate protecting properties of the Rad, but I have heard of it before.

Lol, I would not judge you on that 😄 I'm a single dude in the midst of this quarantine crazyness and once a week would be a fucken party for me! 😆

Some good advice in this thread op, Helios has indeed had some good reviews from members

interestingly finasteride has also been seen to shrink the prostrate in clinical studies (anything that blocks the 5 alpha reductase will do it) so if hairline was a concern as well that’s probably one to look at (like everything it has some side effects though)

I wouldn’t overcomplicate the estrogen element at all with soy etc. I’d take something that will convert to Test (4-ad probably the best shout if you can’t pin) and then use a small amount of an ai or nolva if required. That’s a standard approach we know works. Just make sure you lose the lowest possible ai dose that prevents gyno.

if you get your estrogen stable I think libido should be ok. Cialis just for when you’ve got a big fucking session lined up, or you really wanna take her to pound town always works well.

Starscreamer? I have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm hopefully not doing anything to get banned. But I don't know where to check my warnings?

I had some Test cream before and that was annoying but that was mostly because I had to stay way from kids&wife until it was completely dried, Helios might be different, I might give it a try.

I’d try the rad first and see if you do have low estrogen sides and then decide maybe ? Have dhea on hand . Personally wouldn’t touch soy or other exogenous estrogens . Dhea should be fine
