Gym
Post: chicken breast, sweet potato
Before lunch: pound beef,2cups pasta
Lunch: chicken breast sweet potato, veggies
Before dinner:chicken breast,veggies
Dinner: pound beef,sweet potato,cup pasta
Before bed:Isopure, pb sandwich
 
What is the macro breakdown? What are the total calories? What is your height and weight? What are you goals; gain as much as possible, slow bulk, etc.

Just by the looks of it, fat looks on the low end. Also, protein might be on the high side.

I wouldn't just arbitrarily keep adding 500 each week.

And ya looks low on fat.

Big thing is hitting your total caloric intake, then specifically your macros, so while the specific choices of food seem "fine" I would also recommend some variety and going more by those than trying to just stick with the same meals day in and day out.
 
Used to track macros too time consuming for me but always made sure I've had quallity fats, carbs and protein 225 right now but been stuck for a minute Invalid Link Removed

Easy gainer smoothie that tastes awesome

16oz milk
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut flakes
6oz Greek yogurt
1-2 scoops protein powder
1 banana

That's like 1000 calories and tastes great, much better then a grainy gainer smoothie

Good luck op, and yes don't just add 500 each week, what I do is add when my weight stalls, you'll know, at the start of my bulk the calories shoot up, but near the end they even out at around 4200 for me at least
