Current best stack for raising testosterone and getting back some of that youthful edge? 44M

I’m a 44M with zero experience with any supplements other than basics like creatine etc. Im definitely feeling low T symptoms and have lost the edge I once had in the gym. Before I decide to try and hop on TRT what would be my best options with OTC supplements?

Blood work would help to know what you’re targeting. But here’s what I’d do:

1-CEL Mtest
2-Inhibit E by SNS if worried about high estrogen
3-Inhibit P by SNS if worried about high prolactin
If you want more I’d look at Optimize T, Growth Factor XT, Reduce XT, and/or PCT Assist from CEL

Mtest has always been the best for me and I’ll often take a couple Inhibit E with it. I’ve tried the others and some of them as stacks. They’re all good for different goals or what it is you’re targeting.

I would definately look into Dermacrine - this is highly recommended for guys over the age of 35 to help get some of that energy and edge back.

Dermacrine contains DHEA and Pregnenolone in our gel carrier - incredibly easy to apply!

While this isn't exactly what you're asking for - this is likely one of the best products to start off with to get you back to feeling better and giving you more energy, libido, mental focus, etc. The list of benefits from dermacrine are extensive. definately take a little look through the reviews

@Halfnattyman44 gave the perfect answer above for addressing different aspects of hormone support.

M-Test and Optimize-T are the ones that I use myself for natural test levels. There have been quite a few people post bloodwork over the years showing very good increases with them.

I use Growth Factor XT nightly bc it helps with sleep quality, recovery, and I love the really cool vivid dreams that I have a lot of the time on it.

Cloma-Plex is a great product too.

Here are some links if you want to read about any of them:

Agreed with this as well! Can't go wrong with any of them!

CEL M-Test is a must. I love stacking CEL Cloma-plex with it. Such a great product for really helping you feel the benefits of test boosting (high libido, confidence)

A few ways you can approach this.

Depends on what you mean by "feeling low T" and "losing your edge".

There are conceivably plenty of good options that may not necessarily boost your T (which just going on feeling may mean you don't even need a boost) that will have you feeling better both in and out of the gym. It is important to also realize "losing your edge" in the gym could mean so many different things and that the longer we train the slower results will be no matter what, it just is how it is.

Something like SNS Anabolic XT likely will boost T anyways, but I find it give all the "feels" of boosted test like improved libido, sexual performance, mood, and "vitality", while also boosting things often associated with improved test in the gym like pumps, endurance, strength, and progress.

There are many other things that could potentially work in this way as well, without necessarily directly boosting test (that is not to say they won't also do that).

Or you could look at things that directly impact test levels that many have found lots of good results from like CEL M-test or SNS Optimize-T. If actual testosterone boost is your goal those would be good options.

Go right into TRT bro. Book a consult at a men's clinic and get an Rx for Testosterone (injections and NOT gel) and some HCG to keep your nuts from shrinking. Herbal "test boosters" aren't going to do shyt.
Strong first post in the supplements section - we do want to keep steroid discussions in the anabolic section (TRT is still gear).

If people are here looking for supplements to help - we want to keep discussions to supplements.

Urolithin B is another one to consider. I ran it high like some others at 6 caps a day it boosts levels a good bit. You could try just 4 caps and see if that gives you the boost you want.

Lots of great options already mentioned too.

You asked for OTC options, here you will find more than enough recommendations and sponsors who can assist. There are alot of well known members and many are deeply involved into the supplement business.

Most of the type/kind of supp's you'll be looking at are based on herbs. Some with very complex extraction methods and typically found in combinations of multiple kinds. Also, there are stacks, or combo's. Since you are so new I'd say try each (type of herb/plant/species) individually so to find how you feel first. This is a time consuming process or just jump in the deep end and buy up. Mostly, listen to your body and experiment, timing + dosages. Take you're time and have fun. Look at logs to find out how others respond. My advice is not to look at it like Supp's versus TRT and if you read enough posts you can learn what I mean.

All the best, good luck

A 3 month stack of Inhibit-e, Inhibit-P, and Reduce XT helped me get my mojo back. Add in Optimize T or M-Test, for the icing on the cake. It is worth a try. After that, or heck even while on those, Anabolic XT would be my next choice. It is really great and maybe all you even need, but just giving you the stack that helped me. I didn't even know about Anabolic XT at the outset. Good luck!

I ordered a couple bottles of SNS Anabolic XT an hour ago. Excited to see if it is as good as you all preach!!

Honestly, it's the overall best product I've ever used.

I'm taking optimize T right now though, just to switch it up.

Both on my top 5 all time favorite product list! :)

Before my DPS order arrived 2 days ago I was feeling a loss of libido and general well being. I had been out of Prime and Optimize-T for a month. I still had m test and Alpha One. Today I started feeling more upbeat and frisky around the wife Just wondering if it was a placebo effect or what. I know the Prime takes a while to kick back in but wondering if the Optimize-T kicks back in right away? Kind of like someone said here not long ago you notice it when your out of something that works. Anyway I'm back on my killer stack, Prime, Alpha one, Optimize-T and M-Test and it feels good.

A lot of people feel a difference with Optimize-T pretty quickly.
