curcumin what kind and how to takr

thinking of trying curcumin but i see that there are various forms. Which one do you guys prefer? also i hear that some ppl add bioperine?

also how you dose it

Theracurmin or Longvida Curcumin. The former uses micro particles and the latter uses lipids.

Both have solid feedback and data to support.

There's also MetaCurcumin if you believe they hype. I just buy bulk 95% Curcumin, bulk Bioperine, and also dump in a bunch of Ground Black Pepper from Sam's Club (In Low Sodium V8 Juice).

No, the absorption method is much better than piperine

This. We use a patented C3 brand of curcumin at a large dose of 2000 mg with bioperine included for good measure.

Meriva (curcumin phospholipid)
Theracumin (micro particlized)
Curcumin C3 (curcumin plus bioperine)

I personnally take 400mg of Meriva or BCM95 2-3x/day. Recommend them both highly and those I trust who have also used Theracumin recommend Meriva or BCM95 over Theracumin...

Nah. Works well on its own. Compare price to longvida as well. Both are solid

The NovaSol looks interesting, but it's really weird how it absorbed so much differently in men and woman(185x) being the medium. Is that the same as Theracumin?
