Bit of an odd back day for me. I need to stop taking Hydro3 on back day. Back pumps had me not go above my warmup weight unfortunately. Did some serious volume (on deadlift) to make up for the lack of weight.

155lbs x 15 reps x 15 sets = 34,875 lbs moved.

928,718 + 34,875 = 963,593

I love deadlifts; I would do them in my sleep if I could. Lol. The thing with me is I'm old school and lift at home in my basement so my options of exercises (and weight) are somewhat limited. I just go hard with what I have.

I would do the same if I had my own gym. I hate dead lifting and would stop doing them completely if they weren't so beneficial. :/
