So I’m off the deca, Test is at 200mg per week cruise dose, adex .5 mg twice a week although this week I messed up and took .75mg so that’s my fault. Noticed I can get up, morning wood is hit or miss, but I’m never in the mood. Tired all the damn time too. I got labs today I’m waiting on but what’re your thoughts here? I almost think my estrogen is a little too high again. For whatever reason deca skyrockets my E so if it isn’t out of my system yet I guess it’s possible it could be driving things a little high still.
 
Also forgot to add that I’m exhausted all the time and I’m not sweating unless I start lifting, then I just start leaking like someone poured water on me. Making me think I’m holding water.
 
Like I said before you’re taking too much ai. .5 adex twice a week for 200mg is a ridiculous amount of ai imo.

My estradiol was over 100pg on 400 test so idk. I always took it that way before and was great, felt great and labs were awesome. I’m not very lean though. When I lost a lot of fat before I didn’t need that AI.

Today, got a whole panel ran. Hopefully if all goes as planned I’ll have my results tonight or tomorrow. The hospital here hasn’t exactly been on top of things recently for a few reasons. So, so tired though. Almost fell asleep at the wheel earlier. Gotta figure this out.
 
So weird it’s usually how I feel with Lowe E... anyways I’m super curious to see your bloods. Hopefully it’l have answers and a quick fix for you. It makes sense that if your BF is higher you’ll need more ai though.

Yeah for sure. Also I’m breaking out really badly, usually that’s a sign of high E for me. Like you can see the acne on my arms from a distance. Hoping this is a quick fix like you said. I couldn’t find my log book and accidentally over dosed my AI for the week so I’m hoping that actually helps instead of makes me feel worse. Guess we will see.

Nah, it depends greatly on the individual. The bro-science rule of 500mg/w test = 0.5mg adex eod does seldom apply.
Personally, I did lately 1mg eod at 500mg test, at about 15% BF to get e2 in range.
Also, I noted that it may vary. Its not that a certain amount works every time. Maybe a good idea to start a thread about it, to see what comes up from others.

Breaking out could also be upped DHT. I see high e2 on my scale, if I suddenly get 2-3 pounds heavier -and my skin is oily, I up the adex.
If it gets too low, the skin of the palms of my hands get dry and my joints ache.
 
Idk I’ve never heard of anyone who needed that much AI for 200mg of test. I completly agree everyone is different. it just sound insane to me that someone would aromatize this much.. even that someone would need 1mg twice a week on just 500mg of test.. that sucks!!Not saying it’s not possible

There is a study were a group of men took 1mg/d over months, their e2 leveled out after awhile in optimal range. I'm too lazy to look it up, honestly.

After 4 month with 1mg/d adex, they had still 23 e2, down from baseline 41.

Well, all were men with low test (around 260) -but one would assume that at 1mg/d adex , they should have zero e2 after week 2.

One could argue that we are not oligozoospermic hypoandrogenic subfertile men. But I bet I am, when I get off of TRT ;)
 
We would need the same study but with men on TRT, to see how low e2 can effectively get with adex.

I’m lucky and don’t need much ai but all I know is when I started trt I went on 250mg a week and .25mg adex twice a week got me feeling like I had a big cold and super fucking bad and my E was 10. I had to stop taking an AI. Anyways as soon as I get home I’ll read your links I find this stuff pretty interesting tbh
 
Well, labs are back! Estradiol is high. Going to need to up the adex to 2mg a week. I’m at 60pg and for someone sensitive like me that can do a lot.

Took .5mg adex yesterday and .25 this morning. Just took another .25mg. Shot of 100mg test tomorrow then Friday another .5mg, Saturday another .5mg and 250iu HCG.

Yeah dude! Idk but I felt like it was high. Probably from the deca lingering. Was getting a tickle around my nips, not so much inside but outside and around them. I’ve noticed some puffiness around the left nip but it’s been there for a while, so eh 🤷🏻‍♂️.
