What does everyone think of the new rage in Crossfit? is it a good workout?
I've seen the workouts grow over that last couple of years. I feel it could be a great training regimen to follow. I've see the Crossfit games on ESPN and can see that it definitely does bulk up our shoulders from based on the type of exercises.

Oh come on guys!! You sure you don't wanna have this convo just ONE more time!!!
I think we can all just politely agree to disagree about this topic...that is all!

Ok fine, we can just politely agree to disagree
I'd rather see a rebuttal to my points of contention than throwing your hands up. EVERY proponent of CF that I have proposed this to has yet to take me up on countering my points. CF is supposed to train all aspects, right? Then why do they choose to neglect so many important areas (e.g. postural correction, maximal strength development, etc.) in favor of mindless volume?
Funny that you take the time to post this instead of actually addressing my points. I could easily flip your line about changing opinions onto you even though several points of disputation have presented.Because its rather easy to tell just by reading one of your posts that you are not going to change your opinion at all, which is fine, except the fact that you will basically sh*t on anyone else's views, while trying to belittle them by trying to talk like a friggin doctor.
