Crossfit Discussion

Does anyone have a good CrossFit routine i can try out...

I'm relatively fit and would like to maybe give it a shot two days a week...It seems like it doesn't take long to do. Maybe 10-15mins for certain things, but i bet your tired as can be afterwords...I just don't know where to start and the website really doesn't help...

goto crossfit.com and they post the WOD (workout of the day) if you dont know the routines then they have videos to show you how its done. I'd say find a Crossfit affiliate near you and see if they have a free class... thats how I started... our place has a free beginners class each saturday and you can attend as many times as you want.. FREE... trust me its taxing.. im a beleiver now

How well do you know Olympic lifts etc? I ask because if you know them well you can start of with WODs with them in it or you can do one that is more just body weight just to get the feel of it. I'll post some that don't really involve technical lifts so you can try them out since I don't know what your experience is. Other than that wrkn4bigrmusles gave good direction. Any questions ask away.

Here's a favorite of mine

Cindy:
As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes. Rest whenever you need to, but you need to complete each set of exercise before moving to the next one. After finishing all 3 exercises that is one round.

Here's an as$ kicker...

50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
