How effective would this diet be for loseing body fat percentage?
Day 1: moderate carbohydrate intake: 1.5grams per lb of body weight
Moderate protein intake : 1gram per lb bodyweight
Low fat intake: 1/4g for each lb bodyweight
Day 2 & 3: low carbohydrate intake: . .5grams per lb of bodyweight
High protein intake: 1.5grams per lb bodyweight
Low fat intake: 1/4gram per lb bodyweight
Day 4: high carbohydrate intake: 2grams per lb bodyweight
Moderate protein intake: 1gram per lb bodyweight
Low fat in take: 1/2gram per lb bodyweight
Day 4: high carbohydrate intake: 2grams per lb bodyweight
Moderate protein intake: 1gram per lb bodyweight

Then Repeat
