My stats-5 foot 8, 210 pounds, 10 % body fat, amateur bodybuilder.

goals-lean dry muscle and maybe strip down some remaining body fat.

I weight train Monday-Saturday, low intensity cardio every other day for 20-30 minutes( stair climber)

My cycle looks like this:
Test E at 500 a week (1-20)
tren ace at 100 eod week (1-8)
EQ at 800 a week weeks (1-20)
Might throw in some var at 100 mg Ed after finishing up with the tren.

now this is what my diet looks like:

Meal 1 - 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of blueberries, 8 egg whites
meal 2 - 12 ounces of chicken, 1 cup of brown rice
meal 3 - 2 cans of natural tuna in water, cup of brown rice
Meal 4- same as meal 1
Meal 5- same as meal 3
Meal 6 - 50 gram protein shake

let me know what u guys think ?

Yeah you need some micronutrients from the looks of it, I know the goal is all encompassing, but you want to get those little bits that keep you running efficiently. Try to squeeze in some healthy greens. More fat wouldn't be bad either, it really depends on what your caloric needs are. I personally like a good bit of fat pre-bed, I go with cottage cheese (the fat kind), coconut oil, and a Protean shake. Even if you don't add more fat, I would definitely recommend adding some greens. Spinach, green beans, broccoli, stuff like that.

Try swapping white Basmati. Same GI carb (not that it matters much), but more digestible. Brown rice has been shown to be a digestion irritant.

As far as the whole thing is concerned, it's lacking. You need to know your caloric needs, then you need to track them in order to optimize. It's senseless to be pouring $$$ into the other stuff, when your forgoing the low hanging/free fruit available. Good luck~

Fat and vegetables are what I would add. Brown rice Im not a fan of, and the big difference in rice in GI doesnt matter that much. Ive ate nothing but jasmine rice and have had great results. I only mention because I know some people dont really care for brown rice.

You don't need to do 6 meals.. you can do 2-4 if it suits you better.
