CRITIQUE MY DIET

Attempting to drop bf% and slowly add some lean muscle. Injuries have kept me from training like normal unfortunately but wanting to start easing back into the iron this week - back to the old upper/lower 4 day split in hypertrophy range of 3-4 sets and 8-12 reps with basically a 4020 tempo.

Breakfast (630-7am)
Scrambled eggs (2 whole & 4-5 whites) big handful of spinach and a tiny handful of feta crumbled through on 1-2 slices of wholemeal
OR
SELECT Protein with 8-10 oz almond milk, blueberries and 1/2 cup oats.
OR
Bulletproof coffee with 50-80g butter and 1 TBSP of MCT.

Meal 2 (930-10am)
200g skinless chicken breast
75g steamed veg (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
30g additional broccoli.

Meal 3 (1230-1pm)
SELECT Protein with water
OR
Another bulletproof coffee

Meal 4 (330-4pm)
200g skinless chicken breast
75g steamed veg (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
30g additional broccoli.
100g sweet potato

PWO shake on training days;
SELECT Protein shake in almond milk, 1 banana, 1 TBSP honey and 1/2 cup oats.

Meal 5 (630-7pm) *later on training days.
200g Hoki, Basa or Salmon
75g steamed veg (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
30g additional broccoli.

Before bed (non-training days)
Cottage cheese
1 diced apple
Cinnamon

NOTE: some days I'll have 95g tuna and avocado with 1 TBSP mayo & sweet chilli for meal 3 - max 2 x per week.
Some days I will also exclude oats in morning smoothie so carbs are slightly varying. I may also add 1 TBSP Peanut Butter to 'cycle' fat intake too. This will primarily be on non-training days I think.

Supplements:
Cissus XT, Beta Alinine, raspberry ketones & GCBE, Picamilon upon waking.
Glycophase 15 mins before Meal 4.
ArA, GMS & LCLT preworkout + Focus XT
Creatine mono post with protein shake.
Beta Alinine & Fish Oil with last meal of the day.
Abyss before bed.

Appreciate your feedback and input :)

Cheers everyone.

Looks good, just modify it as weight drops to keep progressing.

Surprised to see no stims when dropping BF is the goal, of course they aren't needed but they will help free up fat deposits and help with hunger while in a deficit.

Just personal preference?

Cheers buddy.

I've just done an 8 week Alphamine run, followed that up with Alpha T2 for the last 4 weeks and the 4 weeks after.

My train of thought was to get through a bottle of Raspberry/GCBE at 1 tablet each 2 x per day, give myself a bit of a break from the stims for a couple weeks then dive back into some Alphamine and AT2 again (as I have one bottle remaining)

looks like you have it all planned out.. except you forgot the Dexaprine.

Hmmm... yeah, just checking that out now. Sounds like a great product and might be worth giving that a run to compare to my experience with Alphamine. The new XR formula seems like a winner. Cheers pal!

...and OF COURSE, it's banned in Australia.

the new version is banned there??
I cant believe u can get alphamine and not dex... they are very similar.

Well we have a watered down version here, but I did a sneaky through ebay and scored the good version.

Might have to do the same with some Dex.

yep just beware of buying through ebay as fakes or counterfeits run rampant on there.

Fake iForce products? ...or just fake fitness supp products in general?

Thanks for the advice.
