I've been using leangains for the past week, this is my basic diet outline.
10AM-ish Training
1PM Large meal - Chicken, sweet potato and green veggies
3PM Snack - Protein shake + rice cakes with cottage cheese
5PM Protein shake
7PM Small meal - Chicken/Salmon/Lean beef with veggies
9PM Small snack - 2 tbsp PB + rice cakes with cottage cheese
I'm also taking BCAAs, Creatine, Multivits + Fishoils
Is there anything I can change or should be including/excluding?
Any help would be great....
