1st cycle ever, trying to get my feet wet here. Let me know what you think. I also have a few questions. This is a recomp cycle.

6-8wks of mk2866
Ar1micare during (entire)? cycle

PCT
Liquid nolva if needed
Sup3r pct

Should the Nolva be used just in case I start feeling high estro sides? I think the ar1micare should prevent this.
How does it look?

You should absolutely use Nolva post cycle with PCT.
What dose Ostarine are you planning to run?

I was looking at RUI products.
If I feel sides coming on, should I start the nolva?

You could, but Nolva doesn't do anything for estrogen. Just prevents it from binding with breast tissues. An AI would be preferable for you to use for estrogen

You can run the ostarine. But just add to it. Something like

Ostarine- 20mg a day
Epi Andro- 750mg a day

Pct with Nolva or Clomid.
