hi guys i need ur insight on my cutting plan. here are my meals
meal 1 7:20 1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of egg whites
1 scoop of whey protein= approx 530cal, 54P,55C
meal 2 10:45 1 1/2 chicken breasts
1 cup of pasta= aprrox 560cal, 50P, 60C
meal 3 PW 2:30 16oz skim milk
2scoops of whey
1/2 cup oatmeal= 500cal, 62P,49C
meal 4 4:30 1 1/2 chicken breast
3/4 can of red kidney beans= 550cal, 60P,50C
meal 5 7:30 2 cans of tuna
1 serving of raw almonds= 440cal, 62P, 15F
meal 6 11:00 1.5 scoops of whey
8 oz skim milk
1 serving of almonds = 420cal, 48P, 15F 12C
this basically is my meal everyday but sometimes changing the meats up wit steak and salmon, and pasta with sweet potatoes Here are my supps
T3, 25mcg and clen 80mcg
i also train 4 days a week and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes after every workout except legs, but i walk on an empty stomach 2 days a week for 50 minutes
im 6' and 285 lbs and 17%bf, i powerlifted whenfor about 6 years so the muscle and stength is there im just tryin to cut about 40 lbs off, so how does everyting look?
