Hey guys, I've been on keto for a few months now and have been losing weight at a nice pace. I've been using a carb-up similar to this and was wondering if it is too dirty:
Friday:
10AM- 2 bananas
11:30AM- full body depletion workout
12:30PM- 100 grams dextrose, 50 grams whey
2:00PM- 65 grams dextrose, 30 grams whey
4:00PM- 3 pancakes with a little syrup(90 grams of carbs)
6:00PM- honey bunches of oats with fat free milk (80 grams of carbs)
8:00PM- Plain bagel with fat free cream cheese (60 grams of carbs)
10:00PM- honey bunches of oats with fat free milk (80 grams of carbs)
midnight- Plain bagel with fat free cream cheese (60 grams of carbs)
2AM- 2 Plain bagels with fat free cream cheese and cereal with fat free milk (160 grams of carbs-try to get in some more before bed to last me the night)
Saturday:
11AM- Oatmeal (50 grams of carbs)
1:00PM- Oatmeal (50 grams of carbs)
3:00PM- Oatmeal (50 grams of carbs)
5:00PM- whole wheat pasta with chicken (50 grams of carbs)
7:00PM- whole wheat pasta with chicken (50 grams of carbs)

* I am 5'11 and weigh 215 at around 15%bf
* I get in around 750 carbs in the first 24 hours and then another 200 the last 10 hours or so
* I keep the High GI stuff like bagels and cereal for the first 24 hours of the carb up and then go to the lower GI stuff like oatmeal and whole wheat pasta towards the end
