Just wanted your opinions on my back routine, the first time I oooked at it I thought overtraining, but I haven't had a problem and have been doing it for 6-8 weeks. Is there anything you'd switch or change up? Thx~~

W/G Pull-ups 3x15,10,8
B/O BB rows 3x6-10
Cable rows 3x6-10
C/G Pull-downs 3x6-10
Straight arm lat pull-downs 3x6-10

Thx again bros

I assume that you are going for width more than thickness? 15 sets is a little too much so drop one of the pulldowns.

Well, I want both really.. It has really widened the past few months, but I would like to add some more thickness as well. So drop on of the pull-downs and call it good or is there anything else you'd add?

Pull-ups, BB or DB Rows, T-Bar or cable rows, and pullovers would be a good routine for width and thickness. I am a big believer in doing multiple grips on rows per WO.

Then you aren't overtraining on that routine. If you make any changes do it for reasons other than overtraining.
