Critique/improve my nutrition

Hi,

Last year I was going through a rough patch so decided to improve myself and hired a nutritionist and PT.

My starting stats were:

38 years old
6ft 1
89kg
20% BF
Lifting 3-4 times a week and cardio 2x a week

My nutrition since June last year has been:

1500kcal
130g protein minimum
60-80g carbs
20g sugar
3l water

I'm now 39, 75kg and around 12% BF.

I have maintained strength but now want to add on size as well as strength but don't know where to begin. I got rid of my PT as I felt he was pushing me beyond a point I couldn't do anymore on such limited calories and wouldn't tailor things.

Supplements I'm taking are:

CEL Anabolic Effect
CEL M-Test
SNS Recomp 20
CEL Alpha one

How would you change my nutrition?

Thank you, was tough but its amazing what you can do to take your mind off things! Now its just a regular day for me.

I'm unsure with carbs what I should aim to have, I worked my rear off to lose the BF so don't want to pile it back on. Any particular carb sources you recommend and total daily amount?

I've tried using online calculators and they all say varying degrees but the ballpark is around 200g.
