7 a.m. Epi 2a3a 20/30/30/30/40/40

10 a.m.- milk thistle

1 p.m.- epi

4 p.m.- milk thistle

**Taurine on hand in case of back pumps**
**Aromasin also on hand. **

Pct:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 or 20/20/10/10
DAA 3 g daily
Organ shield
Multivitamin
Fishoils

Starting week 3 of pct aromasin 12.5 mg/ED for 4 weeks( through last 2 weeks of PCT plus 2 weeks after pct ends)
 
Looks good bro, run the nolva at 20/20/10/10. You could throw a natural anabolic like epic unleashed into pct to help keep gains, everything else looks great
 
I would agree with yates84. Throw a good natural anabolic in your pct to hold the gains. We have a whole natural anabolics page at Strong Supplement Shop. Right now anafuse is 10% off as well.

Tudca could be used but is a little over kill for a simple epi cycle. I really don't care for milk thistle, always had good luck with armicare pro for cycle support. Check out its profile op, you won't find a better one on the market right now. It even has some tudca and armistane for estrogen control
 
So are you taking all of your daily Epistane at 7:00 am? Split your doses evenly throughout the day. At whatever dose and how many caps that is, split them as evenly as possible over 24 hours.

And as stated, Ar1macarePro has you covered completely. Maybe the additional Hawthorne Berry would still be ok.
 
So take ar1macare pro on cycle? For all 6 weeks? Or pct? And since it has 50 mg of arimistane should I not even touch my aromasin? I guess what I am asking for is if one of you could tell me how and when to incorporate it into my cycle I would really appreciate it!

No problem! Just start the armicare when you start your epistane and run through pct. I wouldn't use any aromasin on your cycle until the 3rd week of pct, then just run it 2 weeks past your serm. Epistane is anti estrogenic but rebound gyno after pct is a concern. Use the code in my signature for 30% off any Olympus labs purchase
 
Dude. Hell yeah! Thanks! Makes much more sense now. I read not to take arm1care pro more than 4 weeks. If I plan to run epi 6 weeks, should I start the arm1care 2 weeks in? Thanks again!!

A lot of products give reccomendations like that but you can run it longer. I'm on armicare pro right now and have been for the last 8 weeks. You want to take your cycle support the whole cycle, it will help keep you healthy and keep your energy levels up.
 
Thanks brotha! So one last question for you. Give me your input on this. Clenbuterol during pct to stay cut? Do you think you'll just lose muscle, or do you think it would be good to get even more cut after epi?

That really depends on your bp situation and if you can keep your calories high enough. Clen is anti catabolic so I like the idea of it in pct. I'm actually going to be mixing clen with eviscerate td to make td clen in my pct here in a few days. Check out my log and see how it goes
 
Drop the milk thistle useless! It will actually elevate your liver enzymes. Get TUDCA 500mg twice a day. If you can't find get the next best liver support NAC no less than 1800mg's along with 2000mg's of vitamin C! I'm currently taking NAC and vitamin C along with my epistane! Milk thistle is a waste of money!

That's why I like armicare pro, no milk thistle and plenty of NAC and some tudca
 
Take the taurine from the start you'll be thankful and it's good for you! I personally have never needed an AI on EPI alone on cycle and it will dry out your joints. DO NOT USE CLEN orally in your PCT you will lose your gains. This is my personal experience so take it for what it's worth I have run EPI over a dozen times and I know we're all different, but that's what I've learned.

Eq needs to be run for a minimum of 14 weeks at 400 at least. You would be disappointed.

Sust, eh, it would be ok for that long.

Why not run the Sust at like 500-700 for 12 weeks using the Epi at the back end?
 
Well I really just want the lowest estrogen related side effects. I just started epistane at 30 mg a week. Is there anything I can stack with this? Maybe test prop or EQ? I was thinking a really low dose just too amplify the epistane. Like 300mg a week for the 6 weeks. Is that pointless? Would it mess with hormones too much? Are there any peptides I can run on epistane that will cut me up even more? Thanks bros!
