Ok, I'll bite. First off, cut the cokes. I shouldn't need to defend that. Then I would try to cut the carbs and up the protein and fat. I'd say reorganize so that you can achieve a 40/30/30 break down of fat, carbs, protein. From that point I'd just adjust caloric intake based on your weekly/biweekly results.

yea i know, i had to try the cokes for added calories but all they did was bloat me. So are you saying my fat should be higher than my carbs? Because i was going to switch it up where it would be carbs/protein/fat = 500/480/150? should my carbs be lower than that? i think upping my GOOD fats would help and decrease carbs by half and up protein a bit?

I think it really depends on what you feel best on. If you are one of those people who suffer on low carb diets, regardless of calories, then your modified suggestion is much better. If you think your not very carb tolerant, then I'd suggest more of a 50%-40% fat, 40% protein, 10-20% carb intake. 10% on off days, 20% on training days. Just make sure you take in quality calories and play around with the macros to find the combination that makes you feel the best but also gives you the best gains.

Looks good man. I would just mix up the tuna with other meats I know it's easy to prepare, but I love the size I put on when I eat alot of lean red meat. The extra red meat would give you some added natural creatine that would help put on some weight.
